to Murica. I got home about two weeks ago, and I have been quite busy readjusting and with family and friends.
England was amazing! I don't even know where to begin. I loved living in a castle and going exploring on the weekends. I traveled a lot around northern England and went to many places around the Northumberland area. The most I saw of southern England was London, which was awesome, and it actually wasn't as busy as I thought. I would definitely love to go back to England some day and explore more of southern England.
I also went to Germany, where I stayed near Frankfurt and traveled mainly around there and then went to Cologne to see the beautiful cathedral. I traveled to Strasbourg, France while I was there too because it's close to Germany. I was only in Germany for a week, so I definitely would want to go back there too and maybe go to the northern area by Berlin.
I did go to Paris, France too for a weekend trip after London, so I took the Eurostar chunnel train there, which was interesting. Paris was beautiful as well, and the Eiffel Tower was everything I thought it would be. Except for it was much taller than I thought. It was huge!
But anyway, I just thought I'd share some of my travels, and I probably will be adding some photos from them. I already have a photo up of Alnwick Castle, which is where I stayed. I took a ton of photos though, so I really should not be lazy and put some up. It was an amazing study abroad experience, and I definitely would do it all over again if I could. And I really encourage anyone who is interested in studying abroad to just do it! I promise you won't regret it, and that it is definitely worth it! So if you have any interest, go go go.
